The service department carries out all types of work on warranty and post-warranty maintenance of products.

Warranty service carried out in accordance with warranty obligations, specified in the product passport.

Validity periods of the safe operation guarantee – 5 years for the construction of the safe (bolts, loops, frame), 1 a year for castles, from the date of sale.
In the absence of a sale record, the warranty period is calculated from the day of production.

Warranty service is provided:
1. If the document is available, which confirms the purchase of the specified product;
2. Availability of a passport for the goods;
3. Integrity of warranty seals;
4. The absence of traces of interference in the design of the safe and locks;
5. Compliance with transportation rules, operation, storage of goods.

!!! Product passport and document, which confirms the fact of purchase of goods, keep outside the safe, for free access.

The manufacturer is not responsible for the malfunction of the safe and does not guarantee the trouble-free operation of the product in cases:
– violations of transportation recommendations, storage, operation;
– carrying out repairs by incompetent persons;
– intentional damage.
