Payment and delivery

Terms of delivery:

1. Goods are delivered free of charge through the Nova Poshta service, within the terms specified by the carrier:

– to the recipient's door without unloading.

Warehouse work schedule: Mon-Fri, with 10-00 to 17-00.

Terms of payment:

2. Remittance (payment for the goods upon receipt of the shipment):

– in the Nova Poshta branch;
– courier of Nova Poshta, upon delivery “to the door”.
The cost of the service: 2% from the transfer amount + 20 UAH.

3. Prepayment by IBAN details:
– Payment of the completed order through the bank's own mobile application, with a mandatory indication in the purpose of payment: Application number and product type name (a safe, wardrobe, card index);
– Payment of the invoice by order from the current account of the customer of the legal entity;
– Payment of an invoice by an individual;
– Payment of the bill by order through the bank branch, terminal or mobile application according to company details.

Exchange and return of good quality goods:

According to the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights", the Buyer has the full right to exchange or return the product, after receiving it, for 14 days.
Return, or product exchange is possible:
1. If the document is available, which confirms the purchase of the specified product;
2. Stored product appearance;
3. Availability of a passport for the goods;
4. The integrity of the packaging is preserved;
5. The integrity of the warranty seals is preserved;
6. The absence of traces of interference in the design of the safe and locks;
7. The consumer properties of the product are preserved;

The return of the goods is carried out at the expense of the buyer.
When the Buyer returns the goods of proper quality, The amount paid for the goods is returned to the buyer upon the fact of returning the goods, minus compensation for the Seller's expenses, related to the delivery of goods to the Buyer.
